·         If you are staying the night of 31st December 2007, there is an extra charge for New Year’s Eve Dinner and Party ($123.00 taxes included, per person). For children it costs $73.8 per kid with taxes included.

·         Reservations must be prepay 3 months before the arrival date.

·         3 nights are required as minimum stay.

·         There won’t be refund for cancellations with less than 3 months before the arrival date.

·         Rates based on single or double occupancy.  Taxes not included (16.39%)

·         Additional person:  $35 plus tax (16.39%)

·         Meals are not included
