Zara sits on a corner lot in private residential area of the island. Its about 150 yards from the crystal turquoise water of the Carribean. There is a third floor look out tower to catch the sunset views. There are palm trees and cascading buganvillas for that tropical feeling. The interior is done in mahogany and authentic Mexican tile from Puebla. Relax on the outside patio on the hammock and enjoy your evening meals prepared by our local cook. Zara's beach is very sandy and shallow for a long way out, which is perfect for wading and children. You can sit atop our third floor look-out tower and enjoy breath taking sunsets. Located minutes from the second largest barrier reef in the world, ideal for scuba diving and snorkeling. On the Island you will find a genuinely warm and friendly atmosphere with enchanting people. There is something for everyone on Cozumel. You can also enjoy water sports, sport fishing, shopping, dining, excursions to the ruins, and don't forget the great food!!

The villa offers a backyard pation for your enjoyment. Dine outside under the coverage of your own private back yard. It doesn’t get any greener than this. Dive wash for equipment and garage are also provided.

The beach is expansive and clear while being shallow and free from rocks. Its very rare to find anyone on your own private beach, take long walks and enjoy nature.
